Minor Agility (+1 Agi) on bracers is not working?

+1 Agility enchant dont do anything? Its not increasing my Agility stats nor my dmg.
Can someone confirm that [Minor Agility] enchant on bracers is useless?

why the fuck are you putting +1 agi on your bracers
 
dunno, remember the stam enchant not working in wod or legion. maybe they scale to like 0.8 no idea.
 
There is something about Item Level scaling. I found out only one +1 Armor enchant is working on my Fel-Chain Boots, cuz they are 30+ ilvl. I have 4 more +1 Armor but they dont make any difference. Eiter they not working cuz they are under ilvl 30 or they are giving me less than 0,25 Armor each.

I found this recipe in wowhead https://www.wowhead.com/item=6344/formula-enchant-bracer-minor-versatility#dropped-by but.... :D 0.2% drop chance from just one elite in Ashenvale... I dont have the nerves to farm that hehe. You are lucky bastard to have it.

It's actually a random world drop, not just "from one elite in ashenvale"

Yeah, I actually got it off a random mob in a dungeon. Dungeon run parties are a lot more common after BfA's pre-patch made the Pandaria Reputation gains daily, vs. being weekly prior to 8.0.1. So drop your Battle.net tag here on the forums, and you should be able to farm it up in a week or so. There are a lot of P2P players who like doing PvE stuff with us Starter Edition players.

Im unable to add any friends in Battle.net cuz Im constantly silenced.
