Mcdonald's diet update. (No trolling here)

So here is me at the start of my diet :

I am carrying quite a bit of excess fat here but I am still at a medically healthy range of bodyfat. After about a month of running 5 miles everyday and a calorie deficit still eating fastfood this is what I looked like:

Now I know I am not the leanest of all time but I had a visible six pack and a lean face all I could ask for not trying to get really small and deplete myself I am not a bodybuilder.

So after all that I decided to bulk up on a 1000 calorie surplus everyday combined with bcaas, creatine, protein powder and still eating fastfood everyday here is what I look like now:

I am aiming to get as big as naturally possible without appearing like a complete fatass.

Once your "noob gains" run dry and if your still on a surplus you will in fact see the "fat ass" come into play. Noob gains can very from person to person, you can google it for more info.
