I) Introduction
Hello! i am marblea(or marb) i have played WW since 5.0 and noticed there was not a guide for the spec so i am deciding to make one! i hope you learn something from it!
II) Races
only going to mention races i feel are worth looking into for WW
Horde:
Blood Elf: In my opinion the best race for horde. The single chi gain from Arcane Torrent - Spell - World of Warcraft PLUS the 2 second silence allows for some awesome combo's! plus the Arcane Resistance - Spell - World of Warcraft is never a bad thing.
Troll: Berserking - Spell - World of Warcraft would be nice for WW as well however i believe there are stronger racials for WW.
Regeneration - Spell - World of Warcraft is something but probably will never save you. Da Voodoo Shuffle - Spell - World of Warcraft another little bonus!
Orc. I would say Orc is the second best race for a WW at 19. the increase burst damage you could obtain from Blood Fury - Spell - World of Warcraft could help kill hard to kill targets like shamans or EFCs. Hardiness - Spell - World of Warcraft another strong racial
Neutral
Pandaren: A sneaky race due to their incapacitate. Quaking Palm - Spell - World of Warcraft can be used before fisting to bait trinket.. a lot of times people will not look at what the 4 second CC is and just trinket it assuming its fist. Bouncy - Spell - World of Warcraft taking less damage when jumping off ToT is always useful. Epicurean - Spell - World of Warcraft not useful in premades but can be pretty useful in PuGs.
Alliance:
Human: Decent choice do to their racial Every Man for Himself - Spell - World of Warcraft, allows the use of 2 AGMs or 2 whatever trinket you'd like without having to sacrifice a pvp trinket.
The bonus vers from The Human Spirit - Spell - World of Warcraft is always helpful.
Gnome: My personal preferred race for alliance WW... Escape Artist - Spell - World of Warcraft is amazing on any melee due to how many slows/roots there are at 19.
Arcane Resistance - Spell - World of Warcraft never a bad thing to have.
Engineering Specialization - Spell - World of Warcraft allows the use of instant bombs.
Expansive Mind - Spell - World of Warcraft 5 energy not noticeable but its there
Nimble Fingers - Spell - World of Warcraft another thing you wont notice but its there.
Night Elf: Shadowmeld - Spell - World of Warcraft is an all around amazing racial you can dodge spells weather that be CC or incoming damage...
Quickness - Spell - World of Warcraft
Wisp Spirit - Spell - World of Warcraft
Nature Resistance - Spell - World of Warcraft
Touch of Elune - Spell - World of Warcraft
all helpful in WSG at some point.
IV Talents!
Tiger's Lust - Spell - World of Warcraft pretty simple talent... the utility from this choice is second to none and should always be chosen in any PVP situation.
Momentum - Spell - World of Warcraft gives the overall most movement... i would suggest this talent if you plan on PVEing
Celerity - Spell - World of Warcraft no idea why someone would use this over another talent but its there.
V) Base Abilities!
Jab - Spell - World of Warcraft use for chi generation.
Blackout Kick - Spell - World of Warcraft use as a filler when you dont need to spend chi on something else.
Tiger Palm - Spell - World of Warcraft use this as soon as possible* every fight and keep the buff up 100% of the time.
Fists of Fury - Spell - World of Warcraft the bread and butter of the WW spec... use for CC or burst.
Roll - Spell - World of Warcraft great for moving around WSG or fights.
Surging Mist - Spell - World of Warcraft pretty good heal for a hybrid class.. heals for 400s.
Provoke - Spell - World of Warcraft use to keep rogues in combat or to gain combat so you dont get sapped.
Resuscitate - Spell - World of Warcraft basic rez that will come in use every now and then.
*Sometimes it is worth to skip Tiger Palming to Fist a global sooner.
VI) Professions!
I would recommend using
Engineering - Skill - World of Warcraft
for the bombs... if you're gnome you get to use Portable Bronze Mortar - Spell - World of Warcraft
and
Jewelcrafting - Skill - World of Warcraft
Heavy Stone Statue - Spell - World of Warcraft a heal that could come in handy when you need health but also need to move.

The haste/agi set is better in 99% of situations. You dont need crit on gear in order to do enough damage to kill, haste gives more chi, quicker heals, and faster channeling of Fist of Fury.

the only addons worth mentioning are BGtargets, interruptbar(omnibar), and recount
X) Macros!
Basic Focus Macro:

useful for keeping the pesky rogues in combat

XI) WSG strats!
as a WW you'll want to play D or escort your FC... if you're caught in a situation where you need to play mid go for fists on the healers or ranged dps out of position.
Alot of times when I find myself playing mid I go for fists on frontline dps: The peel for your team can really help your healers out as well as dealing a ton of damage to their frontline dps possibly setting up a kill!
if you dont have fist of fury up you wont deal as much damage therefore wont be as useful just use filler spells like blackout kick and look to offheal.
you're more of a support class than you are a dps just keep that in mind at all times.
