EU LVL5 Magefist Gloves

After i "acidently" equiped them, i asked for unbinding the lvl 15 version. Ended up in this :

GG i asked them to scale them back, and the GM told me, since the new scaling, they cant change the Level, FFS i hoped for Stupid GMs to scale them to lvl 19 , but not LV5 -.-
