tried a random (WC it ended up to be) got to the first boss, whole thing got reset. ran to the first mob, got reset again. moved 2 steps, got reset. i ragequit after that

Aye, tried some dmf dungeon artifact farming, stockades was fine when I got p2p boost, but dungeon finder kept on resetting (and grimoire wouldnt drop), so gave up and did some dailies. My recommendation is not to try farm artifacts with dungeon finder if the boss that drops is at the end of dung and you seem to be getting these restarts.

Typical lack of customer service from Bliz:

• Don't employ anyone to provide customer service on the forums at weekends (when the game is at it's busiest, although it does mean that if you trash talk Bliz on a friday night, the post will stay there until monday morning).
• Don't tell the players anything, or acknowledge anything they may have said, until well after it's fixed.

And they wonder why they're losing customers.

Any half way decent company would have had someone from IT log on to the servers remotely, check the logs and see that there was something up from the lack of people completing dungeons.

Instead the best we get is some idiot WoW forum MVP telling people to do traceroute (because when all 5 people in a dungeon repeatedly and simultaneously get disconnected, it can't possibly be something wrong with Blizzard's servers. I swear, The MVPs on that forum must be selected solely on their ability to brown-nose).
