Looks like they fixed the ability to bug artifact weapons but not the ones already bugged

Character level 17 or 18, I know you cant farm on a 20, cuz it will drop with a lvl 21 requirement. I will ask on discord just to be sure, been a long time since I needed this info. You can also dig on this forum, pretty sure the info is here somewhere...

Edit:Yooo, I just got an insight: they fixed the artifacts, but the wrapping bug is still on no? S-o what if you wrap the bfa ilvl 28 BoE weapon before equip?

Artifacts are def a target, which is why the wrapping now gives "internal bag error" when you try to do it. However, that doesn't mean the implementation isn't bugged.

Char level 17, 18 for farming Destiny and Classic epics, right? Luckily most of my posse of 17/18s has 100% speed riding.
Char level 22, 23 for BfA weapons? is Char lvl 21 too low for BfA?

No, you can farm the ilvl 28 weapon with lvl 20 char, but you need to farm it in a lvl 25 zone, like Drustvar or Nazmir. Usually BoE Farmers know the places since there îs where ppl farm for 28 BoE tertiary, but until now they were supar spots exactly bc of the weapon drops.

What do you mean they fixed them? If you mean they are now scaling correctly, all of a sudden, I am not seeing it.

If you farm weapons in Nazmir / Drustvar they gonna req like lvl 21 or 22.

I have 3 guild banks of relics in my realm and about 2 more spread across all other realms waiting to return :D:D:D my ass ain't hurt.. I got used to this stunt.. It happened so many times.. I am numb

Nazmir or drustvar will drop ilvl 29 req lvl 22 weapons. And if you farm mobs there, there is no difference if youre lvl 20 or 25, the mobs will still be level 25.
 
The people who didn't farm back-up weapons prior to this fix, that was bound to happen at some point...(let's be real.)
Not sure if ya'll or delusional or lazy.
Good fix for the bracket.
