haven't played this bracket since tbc. hope yall are having fun

i have this dazzling sword

wondering if it is worth anything to you guys, seems to have a higher top end than i have seen while briefly looking. as well, the proc worked in wod and bfa as far as i know, so it should work now (??)

this one dropped in legion during some time where scaling seemed to be glitched more than it is currently. if trash i'll just delete thread, if awesome pls lmk and we can arrange something

I tried all last night and never got a proc in instanced pvp. though it does work open world.

that said! I have a pre-scaling sword (in addition to a few post scaling drops) and they all have different dmg ranges and buff amounts. So its possible debuff/debuff requirements have changed and it all depends on when the sword dropped. This one has better dmg and a better debuff despite being the same ilvl as one of mine, for instance.

So really, who knows.
