I'm tired of promotional "pay for" mounts. I pay for the game, that's enough. Make them obtainable in-game.

This is what It says for me:
€40 for WC3: Reforged Spoils of War Editon (ingame stuff for WoW, HS, HotS and D3) and
€30 for WC3: Reforged Standard Edition (just the game)

Oh, the version with the mount is actually $40, a bit more reasonable. If you want the virtual ticket it's a $80 bundle.
