Loamm Niffen Rep as F2P

Hello folks,

with the 200% DF reputation buff I am currently getting the Valdrakken and Tuskarr reputation up to Renown 30. While checking on my rep I noticed that I got 101/2500 Loamm Niffen rep but I cannot remember how I would have gotten that.

Thus my question. Can a F2P even get a single Loamm quest that rewards rep to get the renown up through multiple characters?

i’m 0/2500 and i have done every single quest to my knowledge… but then again, i have 151 Cobalt Assembly rep somehow, so there might be something somewhere.
