+2int and an extra socket on the first one, but I lose 1 Armour, 2 Stam, 2 Crit and 11 Haste

But https://www.wowhead.com/item=30888/anetherons-noose is better between those two.

Keep in mind that the Wrath of Spellfire set is very low on stamina, so it's a proverbial glass cannon set. With the even lower HP everyone has since 8.1 hit, it may bee too risky to go for it. Up to you though, if you like glass cannons then it's definitely great. Just don't be surprised when you get globalled by things like enh shamans, mm hunters, destro locks etc.
