US level 20 warrior

So i used to twink a lot since cata but in legion got bored because gear didnt matter and my toons which i spent a lot of time, gold and irl money with were scaled the same as any other lvl 20 basically.
I wanted to give BFA a go with twinking i was thinking about a warrior, how good is a lvl 20 warrior?
I would play as a f2p but my main acc is linked so i have access to all heirlooms i also want to know if theres a BIS right now and what it would be so i can farm the right items and not waste time ty.

As an arms warrior main I'd say PRETTY DAMN GOOD
Don't listen to the apes telling you fury is best go arms
