Make a Backstab macro:

/equip "dagger"
/cast Backstab

And a Sinister Strike one:

/equip "sword/mace"
/cast Sinister Strike

Focus and mouseover macros can also be really useful for kick and gouge

#show/castsequence [mod:SHIFT, @focus, stance:0/2] reset=2 Shadowstep, Kick
/castsequence [mod:SHIFT, @focus, stance:1/3] reset=2 Shadowstep, Sap
/castsequence [stance:1/3] reset=2 Shadowstep, Sap
/castsequence [stance:0/2] reset=2 Shadowstep, Kick

^ This will shadowstep to your target you have set focus to and kick it's cast.

Keep distance when roaming. Dont get fake casted and use macros to focus kick healz
