I can definitely see a situation similar to BFA release where there's a couple pieces that stay insane but only for like a couple days, and those that get hold of these ridiculously OP items and use them blatantly are punished for it (removal of item from bags and possible suspension time.) But yeah, most of this shit will be tuned I'm sure.
The smart ones will keep these items in their bags for memories sake.

The pattern for the recent xpacs has been that super low level stuff goes live pretty broken because Blizz is (obviously and understandably) more concerned with getting the new content right than with worrying about how the new patches affect 15 years of spaghetti code layered on top of more spaghetti code in the first handful of levels in the game.
Especially since the answer to most scaling issues is simply "well, just level past it". The vast, vast majority of the player base never even notices the stuff because they're level 20 for all of 15 minutes.
But once it goes live, levelers deciding to jump into pvp will get 1 shot by an auto attack and go to the forums about it and low level stuff will, ever so slowly, get addressed.
My hope is that the bracket eventually solidifies around how the scaling seems *intended* to work (ie, level 10s in gear thats in the ilvl 14-16 range with enchants and gems that provide 1-3 stats) because that balance of damage and health seems like it could be a lot of fun.

On beta every dungeon I ran in legion about 5% of mobs I could loot. I’d put a bug report in.

I got a few drops from violet hold, I ran it like 8 times and only got 3 items. Seems drop rates are just super low.

same, we snagged a few drops out of the same dungeon last night.
(also been submitting "lol I two shot this boss" bug reports because really and truly, this is stupid)

Is the dungeon finder working, or is it just me? I only have access to the two bfa dungeons. Do I have to manually go to the dungeons entrance?

Even if one could queue for specific non-BFA dungeons, it's worth noting that for those non-BFA dungeon queues to pop, the dungeon queue would need at least four other players who also specifically queued for those dungeons, as players from random dungeon queue (at least on PTR) are all funneled towards BFA dungeons.
That's in contrast to retail (at least some time ago, or before BFA at least), where if one queued for a specific set of dungeons, they can get other party members from the random dungeon queue.
That may or may not affect specific-dungeon queue times [if one could access them], though it's a small detail worth noting.

On retail theres multiple Queues. So if you queue for idk, Arcatraz specific you will still get the people who queued Random Outland Dungeon but not those that chose Random Northrend Dungeon.

Unfortunately I don't have enough gold to keep upgrading, but I will try some work orders and see how it goes. The mine is a bit buggy on the PTR, but I'm trying to work around that

You can queue for battle for gilneas, unless they changed that within the last day.A bit confusing that so many bgs show up under specific. But since you can only q up for wsg and ab its quite likely that only those 2 are available. That would be the best news I can think of for lvl 10 pvp
