EU+US Legion 840+ Epics in 7.3 for a 99

Are they still a thing? All the 840+ items I have seen on the AH recently have been Level 101 minimum.

The other question, is there any point in spamming Dungeons @99 to get an Epic, WF or TF proc?

My current ilevel is 732 - have a couple more pieces to add of WoD 715 Gear, after that I'm going to struggling for more.

It has never been a thing, 740 / 746 is best epics a 98 / 99 can get. Never seen a WF or TF in the 4 legion dungs we can access at 99.

One more question with TW Dungeons coming around again I guess they are the best way to get AP at 99?
