Leather WF'd shoulders

Hi, just wondering, if any1 got WF'd leather shoulders from WoD dungeons recently? Just curious if it's me being unlucky, or its drop is bugged.
I'm currently at 180 attempts for Iron Docks and 20 for Bloodmaul Slag Mines. I have tons of WF'd items for differents slots, but still no single shoulders. I already start doubting about they ever dropping. The usual shoulders from both dungeons' last bosses do drop, even with tertiary stats, but no WF'd. Had no such problem with neither cloth ones, nor plate ones on my other twinks.

P.S. my bags for WF drop rate frequency understanding with other slots:

They still drop as far as I know, been getting (yesterday) them on my MW monk but I'm doing BSM and SBG.

Got it dropped 3 attempts more in BSM
Either the rng wanted to finally troll me after creating this post, or it's me changing spec, or it's BSM dung diff. Anyways, it exists. Got it with a tertiary speed stat, what a day.

Congrats!!! I am still in the process of gearing my 29 Pala rn... Praying to the RNG Gods this weekend I'm lucky.

I havent looked it up because I just got home, but yes that could be spec related on the drop. Some items only drop for certain specs. I use AtlasLoot to research that so I can make sure my loot spec is set for what I need.
