whats going on with the transmog bug?? why are only some high level item sable to be mogged on low levels??

1-60 is all moggable on 1 - 60, 60-80 and below is also moggable on 60-80, 80-90 is moggable on 80-90 and below, etc.

Its not a bug. Vanilla mogs are available at vanilla levels. At 58 you unlock TBC and wotlk mogs.

Supposedly, it’s supposed to work on items at your level (like a level 20 can only use item level 20).

But with the new random items with the item levels with items that came with legion/bfa, kind of makes the bug looks legitimate.

If that makes sense.

Fixed that for you. Sorry its late. But ye, NOT a bug.

Its been that way since prepatch I think, at 58 you can do northrend zones so you can mog them. Just like you can mog all vanilla stuff at level 1 or whatever. It's level-based.

Not a bug.
You can even transmog Classic PvP Gear or T3 on your lvl20 Twink if you have those.

It's just a new transmog system that got introduced with the BFA pre-patch due to the new world scaling etc. However, there are still some bugged pieces out there etc.
