Kincaide Legend Nov 30, 2019 #4 It's the Head NPCs and the ones in the mid-field bunkers. If they are alive, they give the team a temporary buff when they complete certain goals like destroying a tower/bunker. The audio is so everyone on both sides knows it's happened.
