570 is pretty low, you should have about 1.7k as ret pally. Are you fully geared?

Ret doesn't really become viable until level 20 when you get Blade of Justice. If you play it at 10-19 keep in mind that your most powerful aspect is your burst healing, especially when crusader procs. Ret/prot pally burst healing is the best available at this level but you go OOM fast. Keep mana pots on hand and heal a lot when your group's damage intake is high.

My suggestion would be increase your health pool. I’ve heard questionable things about ret this level, but with that low of health I can see why your being 1 shot xD

i havent play a lvl19 for so long .. the last i remember the bg was full of 2.8k players running around .. how do you get 500 hp ? or hp here refers to something else ? if 500 is your health, then it is like not having any boa, and not having wrist glove and boots too

Vanilla 3 minute mage......that pally stacking thing which 1 shot a world boss....... outside that has any use of the term '1 shot' ever been literal? Because it seems like it just means killed quicker then usual now?
