Item levels in Midnight drops

I was farming some WoD apexis cloaks in TWW and got success with agi and int socket procs. But never got similar str (for my paladin). Now I have decided to try again cuz my green socketed cloak was downgraded in ilvl so I lost few extra stats

But I have noticed, new rare cloak drop have ilvl 20 while old one have ilvl 23. Is it new reality? No more possible to get max ilvl cloaks from apexis rares?

So where can we get socketed cloak now then? And btw whats about greens from BFA? Old ones were downgraded to 15 lvl req with lower ilvl and stat budget. Same with socketed trinkets btw. What character level needed now to farm BoE greens for 20 lvl twinks?

you can get a ilvl23 apexis rare cloak, you just need it to prock a rare upgrade, if it procks epic its ilvl 26

Well before Midnight apexis cloaks were all 84 ilvl. Same as rares from dungeons. But now it is 20 ilvl while dungeon drops are 23 ilvl. Same as old drops.

Yes this is new as of prepatch

Prior to midnight though those WOD apexis rares couldn’t upgrade to epic (like the cloaks)

Now you can get an epic (ilv 26) cloak with socket, even though it has the same stats as the blue ilv23 version

Who will be the first to confirm epic ilv26 + socket + speed on a WOD apexis rare?
