Is trade glitch viable in TBC?

Havent been active for awhile and want to know if it is still possible to do it in TBC. If its not, does the naxxramas shoulder enchant make the item soulbound?

2) is Ogri'la reputation trinket available to get? And what about the exalted Sha'tari skyguard trinket?

Naxx chant does not make the item soulbound, tho you can't use on soulbound items. BoE only.

Trade glitch was fixed long ago, in retail. As far as I know it hasn't worked on any private servers either if they're running the final cores of the expansion. (tested multiple 2.4/2.5 servers over years)

Ogri'la and Skyguard aren't in game yet. They will be released at a later phase.
