Is this decent?

Ruffian Belt for 9 agi. Forest Leather Bracers for 7agi, I think 3agi 7armor cloak enchant is better than 4 pvp power (1.5% at this level) Agi BoA ring if you have it for Deep Fathom. 2agi on bracers instead of 3ap.

Use 4 agi 6 stam 5 vers loom neck, why would you sacrifice that heal and 3 vers for 3 crit (which is 150% in pvp)
4 PvP Power is 2.72% damage, probably better than 3 agi
Use http://ptr.wowhead.com/item=122530/inherited-mark-of-tyranny&bonus=0 instead of insignia, it only shares a 20 sec CD with defending champion
http://ptr.wowhead.com/item=128173/admiral-taylors-loyalty-ring&bonus=0 is probably better than argas (1 agi 1 stam vs 5 crit)
 
  • The pure agility options have been mentioned. Just want to point out that they are options, not 100% BiS. It'll depend on playstyle.
  • People are currently torn between pvp power and shadow armor for cloak.
  • Get the heirloom neck. Free heal.
  • Prospector's Woolies or w/e are 9agi/9stam which is another option for legs.
  • Try equipping your WF invasion axe over the BG crate sword and see what the tooltips are saying in terms of damage.

I'm not 100% if this is bis or not but still great contenders

It does. Which makes the WF invasion axe and the BG crate blue weapon more favored. I haven't seen any numbers on if SF with the extra agi and proc makes up for the extra weapon damage.

-ilvl 30 invasion head
-Eternal Woven Ivy Necklace (heirloom) with hidden satyr
-Stained Shadowcraft Spaulders (heirloom) with Greater Tiger's Claw Inscription
-Parachute Cloak with 3 agi 7 armor (better than 4 pvp power imo)
-ilvl 30 invasion chest with glorious stats (7 to all stats)
-Forest leather bracers or BG quickblade (3 vers 2 crit) with 3 attack power enchant
-ilvl 30 invasion axe main-hand, shadowfang off-hand both enchanted with elemental force
-ilvl 30 invasion gloves with 4 agility enchant
-ilvl 25 Vigorous Belt of the quickblade (5 vers 3 crit - was obtained through old dungeon satchels)
-Any BoE 9 stam 6 agi green of the quickblade with 5 vers 4 crit with shadowleather leg armor
-Rookie's boots of the quickblade 5 vers 3 crit with 2 agi + minor speed enchant (blurred speed or cat's swiftness)
-Tumultuous Ring of the quickblade 3 vers 2 crit with +1 vers enchant
-Recruit's ring of the quickblade 4 vers 1 crit with +1 vers enchant
-Defending Champion + Return Champion

This is the ideal overall set that you wanna run.

Basically this. Theres a few other grandfathered enchants and stuff IIRC, but most are rather rare and should be obvious.

I'd say prospector's woolies are also an option for legs. 9agi comes out pretty close to 6agi/5verse/4crit.

Still not sold either way on the cloak enchants...I need to look at it more. I've been hearing a few diff numbers for how much %dmg the pvp power is giving at 19.

Still waiting for someone to test this. I would think duel SFs would be best could be wrong tho

You could have been in the high end of crit. Say you had 15.97% crit and got rid of an item that had crit and now you me at 15.12, will still say 15%
