Is there any point me re-rolling 19?

No there is no point rerolling on Eu servers, on US on the other hand yes

there is no 19 EU bracket anymore, most quited and rest rerolled US or f2p bracket
 
there's no point EU or US. after playing some US 19s last night, i can tell you without a doubt in my mind 19s are not worth the time investment to get a geared toon.

i highly recommend 85s or 20-24s.

for anyone who tells me not to post in this section...
