US Is there a 20's enchant guide?

I can't seem to find one. I know they don't work in BG's but I've not had a chance to test outside much yet. Some I'm finding scale down when applied to heirlooms. MOP enchant look like the highest level ones but they only boost secondary stats, so crusader and mongoose look like they might still be best. Where's the duel/world pvp enchant guide at?
 
Try and find the WoD guide(s) back from when enchants mattered. Should be pretty similar except the neck enchant is now mark of the hidden satyr. Heres something to get you started:

Neck: Mark of the hidden Satyr
Cloak: Gift of X (whatever secondary and 2% movespeed)
BC shoulder enchants on a BoA
Chest: Stats
Wrist: Depends on class
Glove reinforcements
Legs: BoAs can get leg enchants, or a knothide armor kit IIRC
Feet: Minor speed
Rings: Gift of X (whatever secondary you want)
Weapon: Ele force is always solid, but it depends on class
 
Crusader wins every time for Warrior / Pali Str classes.
Ele Force good for DoT Rogue Spec, but Landslide or something like that for straight up Ag boost for others.
Mark of the Hidden Satyr is the best for dps at 20.
For Int, I prefer a static stat chant like Healing Power.
The spreadsheet that @Hashbrowns linked is the best source of info u can get.
 
Do back and foot movement speed enchants stack? I thought I remembered something about them not doing so.

Only minor speed stacks with the cloak enchants that give speed. So don't get boars speed or something as those don't stack.
