Is giving loot to offline partymembers possible?

I don't have multiple accounts, casual I know. Is there a way to loot a boss I dropped on my main with my offline twink in party? Any tricks? Yesterday I think I came close when I gave my twink masterloot in gnomer, but then he got attacked. Is this a futile endeavor or are there tricks to do this with constant alt F4 relogging?

Can you elaborate a little more? Are you trying to send an item from your toon to another one of your toon's?

it works with alt+f4 , with grouploot enabled , be in one group with your twink .run with your twink next to the boss- alt+f4 - log on main - kill boss real quick (you have 30 sec after alt+f4) - log back on twink and roll for the item
