Is anyone else here seriously excited for PVP in Legion?

Just summoning up some key things from all your comments :
- people who don't pay for game should know their place.
- people who don't pay should not speak up to those who does, because they have no right.
- 29s play with 20s not because they like disadvantage but because they like locking exp at 29.
- There is no possible changes that could be focused on those who do not pay and if in the end something good happens yall dont deserve it.

Next thing you probably amaze me with is: 20 vets play at 20 with enchants not because they physically not allowed to play at higher level, but because they like play at level 20. So same question, wtf you could possibly do in section that dedicated to players who play for free when you not even sharing their core opinions related to free to play "model".

I am the original and was the only level 20 on that list for almost two years. I have not played anything other than a level 20 since scaling has taken place. I have played a level 20 on AP since 2011.

Also,youngling, you are not in the FTP section. We are in the level 20 section. You should settle down.

You should try reading the posts more thoroughly.

Now to paraphrase for you.
He said I would be amazed( an often over used term BTW) him if I told him that subs liked to play level 20 even though they could play a higher level.

So what did I do? I in fact told him to get ready to be "amazed".
I then linked a list of 29's with my poor little subbed 20 in the middle of it.
I then went on to explain that my level 20 was the "original" p2p level 20 and was the first and only level 20 on that list. Even before it was 20-29.

Then guess what? Someone posted without reading the posts above them it their in entirety. Either that, or they just had trouble comprehending them.

Do I need to clarify it even further?

I give you people too much credit...

level 20 is free to play in world of warcraft, thus as it is a level 20 section and not 29, it is a free to play section. since people playing it for free and don't necessarily have to pay money in order to play at level 20.

I have five 20s and have had them before vets were ever thought of. i'll let you into another secret.... i dont even own a 29.

I am glad enchants will be disabled in pvp. Good move blizzard, first balancing step for the twinking era. It had always been a problem burst wise, in the 10-19s, 29-29s, 30-39s.

Everyone who feels sad about this actually shouldn't at all. I myself am happy and kind of sad to see this happening. Because rare are the BGs that give me the challenge and they usually happen when i VS a good f2p premade or a full 29 premade. And as all know enchants play a big part burst wise. I feel happy tho because 20 or 29, it will be just one level, despite 29s having 3-4 more abilities. The upcoming era will show us the true skill of a player, be it 20, be it vet (i don't see any difference except outside of BGs with f2p), and be it 29.

I can tell one thing for sure, this is not confirmed for the low level brackets, but either way, i think it is a general talk, and it will happen because low level bracket are the ones who mostly deserve this. What made this happen at some point ?

I thank [MENTION=5141]Myrm[/MENTION], for organizing the twink cup. It actually showed blizzard the amount of burst games had at low level, and this might have made blizzard thinking and taking action. Some of you may think this is an unusual move, but it actually isn't because Blizzard is losing a lot of subscriptions at WoW, and they have to make it better, deciding on facts.

The TC had zero part in this.
This has been planned for years. Just as they are already planning the next expansion right now. The one after Legion.
You can't make make sweeping changes like this "overnight". That is not how a corporation like Blizzard works. It may take weeks, if not months, just to get the capital expenditure approved.
 
They will overlook some items / stats for sure. It's almost guaranteed that blizz will not block resistances on gear since it "doesn't exist". Very good chance they won't block pvp power either since it doesn't exist at endgame.

It's possible weapon procs might still work at low levels (vibro blade is nasty) as lvl 100-109 only has artifact weapons which don't have procs. I predict twinking will be about stacking resist gear or pvp power at high levels and using whatever weapon has the best proc for that level bracket.
 
Gonna be like start of wrath 10v10 DK's will now be 10x10 Demon Hunters. Also I doubt f2p will get demon hunters.. but we'll see.

Probably will, i think they are going to apply the same system as the DKs have so at Moonguard US there should still be a bug. "Hopefully"
