Inconsistency with item level

I was browsing Wowhead, trying to find the BiS rings for my Hunter twink and I came across something weird. We all know that the higher the item level the more stat points items have, however when comparing those 2 rings, they have the same stat points, even though they have a difference of 4 item levels.



Ring of Demonic Potency

Binds when picked up

Finger

+7 Agility

+7 Stamina

Requires Level 36

Item Level 41

Equip: Increases your critical strike rating by 7



and



Tarenar's Token

Binds when picked up

Finger

+6 Agility

+9 Stamina

Item Level 45

Equip: Increases your critical strike rating by 6



As you can see the ilvl41 ring has the same stat points(21) as the ilvl45 one, which does not make any sense. Not to mention that I was under the impression that Agility is valued higher than stamina, so this could mean that it has higher stat points than the ilvl45 one!



So what do you think of this?

Blizz is inconsistent.... what more can i say.

2 words: "Dungeon" and "Quest". It`s fairly common, items from dungeons are made to fit the level of dungeon. I suspect it got confused, mainly because the dungeon levels were changed (Dire Maul in this instance).
