If you don't bind Noggenfogger Elixir to all your abilities

Then you are missing out.

I started with binding it to a couple abilities, but then i realized it's so good to have slow fall 24/7, it's also extremely OP to make youself small and hard to target.

Similarly, i bind these other two to all my abilities as well.

Summary of what I was thinking about posting is that slowfall can hurt players that are melee or casters which use instants and jump frequently in normal scenarios. Additionally, using consumables for stealthies (probably a few other examples) can hurt them since it will take the player out of stealth; have to bind it to the correct abilities, or just on their own bind.

^This is mainly just a precaution for players looking to start doing this.

Way ahead of you. Currently at 106k alchemist's flasks used.

It's the real reason to stack haste, lower GCD = more flasks to spam per match.

How does the totem work? You throw it on a trap?

I am not sure I get what the use of all this is.

Why bind flask to everything? Just so you don't forget (erm, there's a whole 2 minute phase before each bg for this kind of prep)? Why bind noggenfogger? For slowfall (but it's unpredictable, better to use engineering, no)? For size decrease (but the nameplate will still stay, so)? How do you eat a trap with a totem? Does the totem put at your feet intercept a trap thrown at you (that's about the only way I can see this being useful, but does it actually work that way?)?

More questions than answers. :)

I got the totem now and you can only place it at your feet, you cannot choose the location, so this seems to be the only way of eating a trap, but you have to be stationary...

I think the totem is crap. It only was good years ago when it was bugged and removed rogues poisons.
