Actually it is quite the opposite. If healing was easy mode, this bracket would be filled with them. It would have always have been filled with them. That is why we only generally have 80% DPS in a PuGged game.
The players in this bracket have always chosen the path of water. The path and of least resistance. As a 'good' healer has a high skill cap. Where as DPS has a low skill floor. That is one of the reasons there are so many DPS.
