So I had a dumdum moment and assumed people were doing this, but looking through recent posts it doesn't seem like people were aware. In any case I highly recommend farming like this before prepatch. I'm unable to test whether or not this works post prepatch.
The above images are drops from live Blackfathom Deeps. Currently the only BOE's I could get to scale with this method. Below are how they look on the PTR and Beta.
I did this with three accounts but it's possible with two. You could also run more to farm more effectively, but be mindful of the instance cap.
With the bare minimum (two accounts)
1. You need a level 68 character who's dungeon drops scale with them. I did this with my 68 in Chromie Time, but there might be other scaling methods.
2. The character you intend to give loot to. For BoP that character should be the one who equips the loot. If you're farming the above BoE's I recommend trading it to the lowest level possible. My level 11 scaled the drops down to 10, but I'm unsure if that's due to the base level requirement it has or the nature of scaling this time around. Test other levels at your own risk.
If you are worried this will be patched, I'd advise gathering sets of varying ilvls. If blizz doesn't blanket patch this, you might be able to dodge them fixing the higher ilvl drops only.
