How to heal better as Resto Druid?

I main a level 20 Resto Druid sitting at ilvl 87, what is the talent you guys use? I suck at PvP, but I don't want to be totally useless lol. I find myself struggling to heal people especially because people would die before I even cast Regrowth. My burst heal Swiftmend barely heals people too and that leaves me with Nature's Swiftness, (tbh, idk what I'm doing at all and just panic)

rdruids are flag carriers, they are not really meant to heal, in maps like seething shore where there is no flag you would be better off being a dps resto kitty and just ganking ppl, shred hits like 2ks in stealth and like 1.5k+ out of stealth, rake stun out of stealth is a crazy bleed dmg, and maim can further stun the target similar to rogues kidney shot

Oh in arenas you probably want to heal your team, @Life plays a good resto Druid in arenas and probably the only person who plays it, maybe she can give you tips. From what I understand you try to kill in cat and heal.

Rdruid at this level is prolly D tier for healing throughput for arena's, you miss out on shields trees and a lot of utility. Your best bet is to stack intellect and kill people inside rake stun with your dps. your bleeds are also better than feral druids. so thats how you win with a resto druid right now.

in my guild we do arena's on friday nights! you can come participate and not get 2 shotted so that you can have a better experience, we customize gearing to make things more balanced

Pretty accurate posts around rdruid, I really like mine but even for just normal dungeons and stuff I find its healing to be kinda meh.
