how much for a grandfathered 29 rogue cost me

dont need 80 binds its more like 40 i have everything covered from mounts, nades, potions, standard, food, thistle tea to covering all my focus shit and im at 35 binds. i dont use swiftness pots or sappers im too cool for that shit. the only thing i could add is macros for efc position, drops, repicks etc and i guess a few mouse over macros wouldnt hurt like mouse over thrown thats one that i might make next time i log in but aside from that its just useless shit.

having an 85 rogue i kinda learned to ditch all the extra unnecessary macros that just take up bar space, take gouge bandage for example it seems like a good bind and it probobly is very nice if youre slow or have shitty keybinds but its not needed if you have quick reactions.

Having an 80 rogue I basically just went the complete opposite direction you did. When I got used to having infinitely more binds on my 80 I incorporated that into my 19s, 29s, and 39s. Im not saying your way is wrong or anything, you have the majority of the necessary binds from what you said, but in the end it should just be about maximizing your efficiency as much as possible. While having quick reflexes allows you to bandage almost immediately after you gouge, its never going to be faster than having a macro set up for it.

The only reason you were better geared is because you were using the gem exploit. Also, you wouldn't have leveled if you hadn't been using the XP off switch exploit. So I mean, sure, your rogue might have had a bigger gear selection and more stats, but you had to exploit in order to get there.

I don't understand why you think this is going to do anything for the bracket. If your hopes are to recruit a bunch of 19s to the 29s bracket to increase activity, then all you're going to do is ruin 29s. I doubt anyone who's currently playing 29s is going to xfer to your guild, so it looks like you're just wasting your time/gold/money.

PS, my favorite part about the whole thing is how you paid real life money to get your guild back.

Pretty much this. There's absolutely zero reason to turn your XP on with a GF twink character, unless you want to exploit BGs.

And while I certainly can't hold it against anyone who does that if it's the only way they can play their twinks, given some of the brackets with little to no activity, the least you could do is man up and admit to doing it.
