How is works connection to other cross-realms?

Hi all.
Who can explain to me - how is works character's travel from one cross-realm to other cross-realm?
For example:
I have my character from cross-realm "A" and group creator from cross-realm "B"
I wanna travel the Azeroth all time by my cheracter in cross-realm "B"
What I must do for this? And what must do group creator?

The group leader must be in the same zone as you when the group is made, unfortunatley its mostly zone specific.
Blizzard nerfed most ways to just stay on someone elses server.

Should we be all time together (the same zones) if I wanna stay at his realm?
What about lvl difference between me and group leader?
Will I every time move to leader's cross-realm? ( if his lvl will be lesser than mine)
What will be If leader will come to new zone after me? Will we be in my cross-realm or it will change to leader's realm?
