US How do you find BIS gear?

How do you find BIS gear? When I search wowhead for level 1 requirement gear it brings up everything without a level requirement and it is close to 10,000 items. How do i find best gear for a level 1

Well for most of us, it took a long time to sift through all those items! Alternatively, you should ask other lvl 1 players, since every guide I know of is out of date and useless now.
