EU+US How do I start getting rating for skirms?

i kno there isn't a real in game rating but how do I start getting tracked by the website so I can make my way up the arena ladders? Do I sign up on this website somewhere or how do I make it happen?

Add your character. It's at the bottom.

There is actual real in-game rating. This website doesn't use any sort of ELO calculator to get your rating.

WoW actually secretly tracks your matchmaking rating in skirmishes, which is visible via scripts in the in-game client.

To get the website to start tracking you, you have to click the "Add New Character" button from the Arena Ladder page.

You just choose an option other than "19" for which level you want to look at.
