how do f2p get enchants

They weren't on a F2P account. The only enchants we can get are what we do ourselves.

yes the F2P's are in the xp off bracket. And the enchants that are allowed for F2P's to use are those that you can get when you are skill capped at 100 enchanting. So 1 stamina or agility to bracers, 15hp to chest, 10 armor to cloak, +1weap dmg for 1h, +2dmg or 3 int to 2h. The enchanting that P2P's can get is frowned upon.
