How active is the 39 bracket? Looking to join a new bracket.

Hi everyone, I've played 19s for a while then moved on to f2p and am now looking to start playing a whole new bracket and I was wondering how active the 39s are. 39s just look fun and I'm willing to join any server and roll most classes.

If you're US the 39s bracket is completely dead and I don't see a resurrection happening any time soon. If you're EU, I'm pretty sure they're still active and there are multiple people funding characters for the bracket.

If you look at the recent 39 threads it would appear we cant even field 4 for 2v2s ):

29s are slowly coming back I think, perhaps try there.
