Is there a standard since glacial stone is unobtainable? Just looking through I was going to get Smite's with Crusader, Night Reaver with Fiery, then Shadowfang with Lifestealing? Any other weapons/enchants I might want?

You could go with Night Reaver with fiery, smite's with crusader like you said, and then I mean deadskull shield is pretty hard to pass up, but if you plan to go mostly 2H, then you could opt for the Runic Darkblade instead of Deadskull, I personally would rather use Deadskull, but it's your call

I think Smite's is always better than NR so why not get two and just swap between crusader and fiery? Just an idea

Those are the exact weps and enchants I’m going for at the moment.

In preperation for Phase 3 you could add:
Forester Axe of the Whale + 20 Spirit (Mirror Spirit Gear)
Night Watch Shortsword +15 Agility (FC Gear)

Other stuff to consider:
Shadowfang + Fiery (Sometimes you don't really need the sustain from LS but still want to go with a Shield)
Shadowfang + Crusader (A safe way to build up Cru, Smite's leaves you fragile)
Night Reaver + Lifestealing (Mathematically speaking the best enchant for 2-handed in 1v1's)

That said, the above things are highly optional and the weapons you got so far is what I'd call the right triangle to go for.
