EU+US Horde Expedition Reputation (Wotlk)

Is there any way to increase this and reach exalted as a level 70? I can't enter any of the dungeons that give this reputation and I can't pick up any of the daily quests. I've completed all of the northrend quests on both alliance and horde side, and now I'm stuck at the following.

Horde Expedition - Exalted
The Hand of Vengeance - Revered (6,443/21,000)
The Sunreavers - Honored (2,886/12,000)
The Taunka - Revered (17,7800/21,000)

Any help is appreciated.

There's a once-per-event quest that gives you 500 Timewarped Badges, so start by doing that on as many characters as possible. Other than that, just keep running dungeons.

MoP timewalking is up right now, so you could start farming badges already. I believe the Horde Expedition commendation gives 250 rep with all the sub-factions, so you can calculate how many badges you'll need to get them all to exalted.
