Holy Paly Viable?

Hello, I just recently made a balance druid twink and have been having so much fun, I cant believe it took me this long to try this out. My question is how viable are Holy Paladins in this bracket? Im looking to make a healer and am not necessarily concerned if they arent the best possible class for healing in this bracket, I just want to make sure theyre at least decent.

All healers are viable, 20 or 29.

29 hpally is very strong.
