Hit needed for lvl 70 ret?

Hi, I'm making a lvl 70 ret, hoping to stomp some red lvls in bgs. What % hit do I need as a lvl 70 ret paladin to not miss my spells and attacks vs a 79?

Still really weird to know exactly since it seems the hit formula vs higher levels is much less impactful. For example, on my 70 DK 5% hit with 70 spell pen = 0 misses against 79s for me

Hmm interesting. Guess I'll start low and gem up as needed
