High level items bugged to be transmogged for low level twinks.

Hey I've noticed I'm able to use This belt For transmog on my level 23 holy paladin I was leveling. Seems like it's a quest rewards so it makes sense (no level requirement in theory) I wonder if you guys know about more items like this and what about quest items from 1-60?

yeah some of the classhall quest rewards are moggable. though they aren't whole sets sadly
