Hidden Dungeon Spawns or Events - BFD Tormented Sacrifice mobs.

Hello hello fellow wow adicts I'm curious if anyone knows about hidden events inside dungeons
like the 30 zombies that spawn after you loot Lord Bathiel in BFD.

if you skip Domina and Subjugator Kor’ul it triggers the event shown in video.
I can't find any information about it or why it's even there.


I recommend trying it out because it's the only time something like this happens.
