So im new to this community. Im wanting to attempt a lvl 10 arcane mage yet i have no idea what i need to do... Can someone post a walk through that i can follow on what i need to do/explain how a twink works?

Quick answer : Level to 10, get your garrison, spam the hell out of WOD dungeons to get full WF gear.
I'm not an expert in clothies nor 10's but I think you'll have to get the blade of eternal darkness from Maraudon dungeon in Desolace and for your off-hand you have the drop from the last boss in Slag Mines from WOD or the first boss from Shadowmoon Burials (warforged).
