You’ve given us nothing to base our recommendations on, to be honest. The 2 options are so different that only you can decide what you’ll enjoy more.
That said, of the 2 spriest is stronger (since it’s stronger than most specs).
Personally I would never roll feral at 70 when resto with feral affinity and master shapeshifter hits as hard or harder, and is infinitely more survivable. I feel that feral needs incarnation and its lvl 80 instant self heal passive to truly be a threat.
