Haste, Mastery, or mix for Havoc DH?

Read the build on twinkdb. Batresh explains it well. I have the same build on my dh and it does nice dmg. But unless you really like DH I wouldn't recommend the class. Feels lackluster without high level talents.

There's more than one viable option imo.

My DH is 27% crit, 57% mastery, 23% vers (and 4% haste, but it'd be 0% if I had perfect gear).

The burst inside Meta is great, and your main filler move (https://www.wowhead.com/spell=162243/demons-bite) is spammable, which works well with crit.

The twinkdb build says get 25% haste then prefer mastery. Is this because of diminishing returns? There's a reddit post talking about it from 2 years ago but i don't know if this is still the case.
