EU Grind Gold without XP

I'm currently using a starter account. I have an account but I only like to activate it during summer. I am currently trying to make my first lv19 pvp twink but I don't have the gold to buy a level freeze. Does anyone have suggestions for how to grind gold at lv19 without xp? Best idea atm is fish up 10g.

Why 19 in bfa with an unsubbed? You have the chance to play 20. XPOff toons have a separate queue than xpon. So the meta for retail twinking is unsubbed xpon 20s if you want to get any bg queues without coordinating 20 XPOff players to queue at once
