Can someone please let me know the value of the set bonuses for the Green Dragon Mail?

I'm not able to figure it out from Armory or Wowhead.

On wowhead it's like this:

• 2 pieces: Increases your Versatility by 0.
• 3 pieces: Increases your Versatility by 0.

On Armory it looks like this:
