how do I apply Greater Tiger Claw Inscription on my 29lvl twink? When I mailed to my 110lvl character green BoE and tried to use it it said that it will bind it to this character. Also it cannot be applied via trade. Do I have to use it on Heirloom shoulders?

There's a thread with a video that showed how to get frag belt without northrend engineering. Should be easy to find with the search.

That being said, it is an exploit. Its been in the game for a long time and no one has come forth saying they've been banned from it. But it's an exploit all the same. Use at your own risk.

Or just pop it on an heirloom.
