Got new keyboard, some keys are not working

LecolaEU

Grandfathered
f2, f3, ", capslock, 9, I, alt, x, v, p, y are the ones are not working as i remember. I switched to my old keyboard. This is the things i tried to fix:

-plug out - in
-try another USB socket(s)
-CCleaner, install driver again
-hit keyboard and cry 'duck you'

Are there anything to fix as you know? or is it broken?

I'd say it's broken. Google your keyboard model and your problem to see if it's a problem with your specific keyboard model. If not, you might want to open up your keyboard and see what the problem is. And if you're too lazy for that you can just buy a new one

First of all I checked letter Y and V for any mechanical problem and i noticed nothing.

open up your keyboard
It may be trouble for warranty.

Looks like it's broken. I'll return it today.
Thank you all for answers.

update: They gave me a new one today. Mechanic issue confirmed.
