This thread might have more traction if you could nail down just what you mean by "awesome greens"... how "awesome" should they be to qualify, and which "greens" are to be considered?
Obviously the four "unscaled" greens that have been posted here are disproportionately better than your "average" greens, but even that only puts them on par with "boss drops"... and certainly not in the pantheon of "epics with secondaries".
That being said, my ProtPally certainly would have appreciated a cloak like yours to help her farm her Bloody Twilight Cloak...

The whole "gimmick" of the unscaled versions of items, is that they're "+5" only because they don't scale their stats... so a 20//25 Sanguine Cape isn't possible; it'll be 17//22, or it'll "scale" to either 16//19 or 21//24.
